Ingredients:
-1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Coconut Vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh herbs (roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp MCT Oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened, pure coconut yogurt (can sub for other yogurt alternatives such as soya if not on a Keto Diet)
The juice of half a lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- Dash of pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend it until nice and smooth. Add a few dashes of water if needed to adjust consistency. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to a week. Serve it with salads or as a dip!
