Delivery & Returns

QUICK & EASY U.K DELIVERY (HOORAY!)

We sen our parcels using DPD Local. We offer standard shipping and also next day delivery for any customers who are in urgent need to satisfy their coconut needs. Check out our shipping rates below:

Standard delivery (UK): £4.00 - (2-3 days) 

Next day delivery (UK): £7.00 - (next day for orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday)

Free standard shipping (UK): Free - (available on orders over £25)

With all next day orders we need to make sure our team have enough time to perfectly pack your order and send it on it's way. For this reason, any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.

If you're order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be shipped on Monday and you can expect your delivery on Tuesday (this is because our warehouse team need to get a little shut eye over the weekends!). 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We're working on making it easier to get our packages to our friends overseas! Please just get in touch with us for a personal delivery quote - this will depend on your delivery address and the weight of the goodies you'd like. RETURNS

Our customers are usually very happy with their packages so we don't have a formal process set up for a returns. What we do have is a friendly team who are happy to help if you have any issues at all with your order! You have a couple of options here on how to contact, you can either:
