Forget about guac, hummus, cheese dip and pico the gallo. Our ULTIMATE COCONUT DIP is going to steal the show at every party, and from now on must not be left out from your finger-food essentials. It's creamy, fresh and an all round explosion of flavours (plus, it’s vegan and keto friendly too! We told you it’d be a show stopper...)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- The juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp Coconut Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Red chilli and spring onions (optional/to garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make the dip, simply add all ingredients (except for desiccated coconut and garnishing) into a large mixing bowl, stir it well until combined and start adding the desiccated coconut until desired consistency is reached (this will depend on how thick you'd like your dip to be. Feel free to add more/less than the suggested amount!). Garnish with chillis and spring onions and voilá!
Serve it with tortillas, vegetable crips, raw veggies (such as carrots, broccoli, celery etc) or anything else that tickles your finger-licking-good dip desires 😋
