1kg roasting potatoes
2-3 tbsp Coconut Merchant turmeric coconut oil, melted
Big pinch of salt and pepper
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.
- Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary and turmeric oil. Mix until well coated.
- Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
