Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

The perfect accompaniment to your Sunday roast. Our Turmeric Coconut Oil adds a subtle flavour and vibrant colour to brighten up your winter plate. 
(serves 4)
1kg roasting potatoes
2-3 tbsp Coconut Oil with Turmeric, melted
Big pinch of salt and pepper
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.
  3. Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary and turmeric oil. Mix until well coated.
  4. Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
