Today’s recipe features a perfectly creamy green smoothie bowl, which is also keto and vegan friendly (win-win!) 👊🏻🌱 but not only that, this smoothie bowl is packed with delicious nutrients that will give you the perfect health kick you deserve!
Today’s recipe features a perfectly creamy green smoothie bowl, which is also keto and vegan friendly (win-win!) 👊🏻🌱 but not only that, this smoothie bowl is packed with delicious nutrients that will give you the perfect health kick you deserve!
To make the smoothie, you’ll need:
- 1/2 an avocado 🥑
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp erythritol (or you can add Coconut Syrup/Honey if not keto!)
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 UFC Velvet Coconut Milk
Method:
1. Simply blend all ingredients together and transfer it to a medium sized bowl (we used one of our coconut bowls because they are simply the best!), top it with keto friendly (or not 🤷🏻♀️) granola of choice and voila! Yum yum in your tum 🤤
