Expecting it to be white? You're not alone! We're often asked why our coconut jam has a rich brown colour since it's made from coconut ingredients. This is because it's made from pure coconut nectar and creamed coconut, and coconut nectar is naturally brown. It's then caramelised together with coconut milk to create a velvety, melt-in-the-mouth spread. Preservative free, gluten free and packed full of goodness, coconut jam is vegan friendly, organic and free from any nasties.
