Great Coconut sugar and Great experience!

first of all i like the coconut sugar from this company and have been using it now for sometime. used to order it from amazon and recently switched to do my orders directly from Coconut Merchant.

In one recent order somehow I entered a wrong post code which was twice delivered to a wrong address miles away from my address. First attempt was returned but 2nd delivery was accepted by someone.
Once we realize the mistake in postcode and correct it the order finially arrived.
Clearly the mistake was on my end but the person i was dealing with at Coconut Merchant was supper nice and only charged me on the 3rd attempted delivery for the postage.
I am not sure if they manage to get the 2nd delivery returned or not since someone accepted it.
