These plain coconut flakes are one of those simple ingredients that make everyday food taste a little better. Made from 100% coconut, they’re naturally sweet, lightly nutty, and easy to sprinkle into everything from smoothies and muesli to baking and cooking. They also work well straight from the bag when you want a simple coconut snack.

We make them from the pure white meat of Sri Lankan coconuts, cut into slivers and gently dehydrated at low temperatures to help keep their natural goodness. With no preservatives, no GMO ingredients, and nothing unnecessary added, they’re an easy cupboard staple for both sweet and savoury recipes. They’re ethically sourced from sustainable plantations in Sri Lanka, and no monkeys are used in harvesting.
