. This Low Fructose Acai And Blueberry Smoothie Bowel is certainly worth a try! This bowl isn’t just beautiful, it’s also great for people who are trying to watch their sugar intake.
Ingredients

cup
coconut yoghurt
(or Greek if not dairy free)

g
blueberries
3
tsp
chia seeds
1/2
tsp
acai powder
1
tbsp
shelled hemp seeds
1
tbsp
raw cacao nibs
2
tbsp
blueberries
Method
Blitz all the smoothie ingredients together in a high speed blender
Pour into a bowl and top with desiccated coconut, hemp seeds, raw cacao nibs and fresh blueberries
