STOVE TOP COCONUT & RAISIN GRANOLA BY NOURISHING AMY!

took over our Instagram stories to teach you how to make the most delicious Stove Top Coconut & Raisin Granola, and we couldn’t help but share it over here too so that it's here whenever you need!
This granola is great with yoghurt, your preferred milk of choice, as a topping for smoothie bowls or even on its own… And the best part is that it only takes about 10 minutes to make!
Now let’s get to what really matters, shall we?
To make a small jar, you’ll need:
INGREDIENTS
100g oats
100g cashew nuts, halved
40g Coconut Oil
40g Coconut Honey or Syrup
40g Flaked Coconut
1 tsp Cinnamon
750g raisins

METHOD
- Add the oats and cashew nuts to a dry frying pan and warm over a high heat for 5 minutes until smelling fragrant.
- Add in the coconut oil and honey (or syrup) and continue stirring for a further 3 minutes. Now add the cinnamon and coconut flakes and stir for around 2 more minutes. Cook until evenly coated and sticky.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the raisins. Allow to cool fully and store in an airtight jar for up to two weeks.
